The Scott Fetzer Company is continually pursuing acquisitions. In order to diversify and expand market opportunities, we are interested in acquisitions or partnerships that are mutually beneficial. We offer companies an opportunity to diversify product portfolios, increase market share and expand their operations.
We desire profitable US-based companies with yearly revenues of $30-300 million that fit within our existing portfolio. Specifically, we are looking for companies that add new products, new technologies, new distribution channels or geographic reach to our current customer base.
